Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all bookings for both cabins. By confirming your booking with us this ensures you have taken care in your due diligence and acknowledged you have read and abided by these terms.
Bookings
Please ensure all information you have provided be correct as it is your responsibility as guests. Notifying us via mobile or email if any of those changes have occurred. The number of people in the hut should never exceed the number of guests in your booking.
Rescheduling a booking
A booking can be rescheduled with no cancellation fee provided more than 14 day notice had been given. No refunds given for an early departure. The new booking date must be rescheduled within 12 months from the original booking date.
Children
Not suitable for children over the age of 1. Infants are welcome, although we do not supply any bedding, cots, or highchairs. Our farm stay accepts no liability for the actions of children whilst on the property and the responsibility is solely on the parents. Please be aware we do not supply a fire guard on our indoor or outdoor fireplace, the decking is elevated with stairs and an electric fence surrounds the hut from livestock.
During your stay
You must agree and comply to the following.
-Act respectfully to the land and the owners.
-Close all gates behind you after you use them.
-Respect local wildlife & livestock on the farm.
- Only start a campfire when they are permitted, and in the designated area.
- Guests must stay on their allocated side of the paddock with their private river access. If failed to comply the landowners will ask guests to leave the property before completing their stay.
Check-in time 3:00pm
Check-out time 10:00am
Please be mindful of our housekeepers by ensuring departure is before 10:00am
On departure the property must be left in a clean and tidy state.
Farming and Liability
Before booking you must acknowledge and accept that there are risks associated with attending the property. We will not accept any claims, actions or losses as a result of bodily injury, property damage, loss of services or otherwise which may arise during your stay while at the property. This is a working cattle farm, all interactions with wildlife, livestock and exploring the grounds is at guests own risk.
Pets
Regrettably, we cannot accommodate pets due to potential risks to both pets and livestock on the property.
Smoking
Not permitted at any time nor in the hut itself.
Access and parking
Please use available car space inside of the hut fence with the gates closed, this ensures the livestock do not damage or break your property.
Payment
The full amount must be paid upfront through our external booking site, Lodgify.
Cancellation Policy
95% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 14 days before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 7 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if cancelled after.
